  • Get plenty of sleep,
  • Drink filtered water to flush toxins out of the body (1 qt. for every 50 lbs.),
  • Limit sweets,
  • Eat fruits and vegetables,
  • Monitor stress levels (stress lowers the immune system),
  • Take a good multivitamin,
  • Cough on upper arm or Kleenex (wash hands often),
  • Do the thymus thump.
