The key is to stay healthy— here are some reminders:
- Get plenty of sleep,
- Drink filtered water to flush toxins out of the body (1 qt. for every 50 lbs.),
- Limit sweets,
- Eat fruits and vegetables,
- Monitor stress levels (stress lowers the immune system),
- Take a good multivitamin,
- Cough on upper arm or Kleenex (wash hands often),
- Do the thymus thump.
