Doc's Corner
Do you have a short circuit?
The body runs like a fuse box. Lights dim when energy is reduced. When subluxations occur from structural, chemical, or emotional reasons, the signals to every cell, muscle and organ is affected. All of us should have a periodic spinal exam to guard against short circuitry. Depending on our age, lifestyles, activity levels, some of us need 2 week checks, 4 week checks, and some, 6 months to a year.
Most of us also need some form of supplementation. Our bodies rely on nutrients from foods to support our bodily functions. Pollution, junk foods, stress, etc., create nutritional deficiencies and inflammation. Thus it is imperative that we have fortification.
How much? What type?
These are all good questions that unfortunately do not fit in a "One Size Fits All" category. It is important to use natural or whole food supplements. Ask us on your next spinal check-up how we can help you determine what is best for you!
Yours in health, Doc.
