  1. Get plenty of sleep,
  2. Drink filtered water to flush toxins out of the body (1 quart for every 50 pounds),
  3. Limit sweets,
  4. Eat fruits and vegetables,
  5. Monitor stress levels (stress lowers the immune system),
  6. Take a good multivitamin,
  7. Cough on upper arm or Kleenex (wash hands often),
  8. Do the thymus thump.
