- Do the thymus thump daily (to waken the immune system). Tap just below the sternal notch 9 taps 3 times a day.
- Most Americans are dehydrated. Drink 1 quart (32 ounces) of filtered water in the morning and 1 quart of filtered water in the evening.
- Stay away from high fructose corn syrup.
- Never go longer than 4-5 hours without eating.
- Beginning with a couple of bites of protein with each meal will help in the digestion of carbohydrates.
- Just move! March in place during commercials! Walk on your lunch hour! Take the stairs! Find some time in your day every day to get the blood pumping!
- Practice standing on one leg for 20-30 seconds. Be prepared to hold on to something when first starting out. When conquered, do it with your eyes closed!
- Remember: you were born with joy and happiness. Get back to your inner self, laugh, and don't take life so seriously.
