1. Do the thymus thump daily (to waken the immune system). Tap just below the sternal notch 9 taps 3 times a day.
  2. Most Americans are dehydrated. Drink 1 quart (32 ounces) of filtered water in the morning and 1 quart of filtered water in the evening.
  3. Stay away from high fructose corn syrup.
  4. Never go longer than 4-5 hours without eating.
  5. Beginning with a couple of bites of protein with each meal will help in the digestion of carbohydrates.
  6. Just move! March in place during commercials! Walk on your lunch hour! Take the stairs! Find some time in your day every day to get the blood pumping!
  7. Practice standing on one leg for 20-30 seconds. Be prepared to hold on to something when first starting out. When conquered, do it with your eyes closed!
